Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. We can respond quickly and will do our best to find a solution.
Q: How can I tell if my order went through?
A: You will receive two emails. The first from PayPal with a receipt for your credit/debit purchase. The second email will come from Ilderton Lions thanking you for your purchase and include instructions and your unique order number.
Q: What if I didn’t receive the email with my 4-digit number?
A: Take a moment to check your trash/junk folder but if it’s not there, just let us know. Send an email to email@example.com and we will respond.
Q: Can I just walk up to place an order?
A: This is phase 3 of the Ontario opening guidelines during the pandemic. While technically we could say yes .. the conversation with the London-Middlesex Health Unit was quite clear .. we are asking people to come in and stay within their car.
Q: Can I drive up and place an order?
A: Maybe. Last month we sold everything we had before wing night started. There are blips and some boxes are available for sale (in your car). How much is known by our greeter so .. you can always pull up and see. If you missed ordering here first your chances of there being wings increases the closer you get to 8pm. That said, you should be prepared for the greeter to let you down gently if we have none left.
